Warnings:

Hypotonic and hemolytic. Do not inject until made approximately isotonic by addition of appropriate solute.
Do not use in a series connection. Use only if solution is clear and container and seals are intact. Some additives may be incompatible; consult with a pharmacist. When introducing additives, use aseptic techniques. Mix thoroughly. Do not store. Do not remove exterior overwrapping until ready for use. After removing the overwrap, check for small leaks by squeezing the bag firmly. If leaks are present, discard the solutions as sterility may be impaired
